OPENME
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OpenMe (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
OpenMe lets you create and share digital moments. The Service may include “locked” and “unlocked” views, and a share link that is designed to be viewable by anyone who has the link.
The Service at openme.space is part of Lumi.
To create and sync moments across devices, you may need to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls (including OpenMe+ feature restrictions, ownership checks, and date gates) or misuse the Service.
Share links (?c=…) are public by design. Anyone with the link can view the moment. Don’t include sensitive or confidential information in a moment you plan to share.
You are responsible for who you share links with, and for any consequences of sharing.
You own the text and content you enter. You grant OpenMe a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Don’t upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We use security controls (including validation, access rules, and rate limiting) to protect the Service. We may block, throttle, or refuse requests that appear abusive or automated.
OpenMe offers an optional OpenMe+ subscription to unlock premium visual customization features (for example: stickers, floating emojis, custom colors, and patterns), premium templates, and expanded sharing controls across your account. Messaging features remain available without OpenMe+.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for OpenMe+, and your purchase is made from Paddle under Paddle’s checkout terms, in addition to these Terms.
Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not process or store your full payment card details.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We’ll try to keep things working, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenMe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

These terms and conditions apply in addition to the sections above and are meant to make expectations clear.
This Privacy section explains how OpenMe collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
Share links (?c=…) are designed to be viewable by anyone who has the link. Do not include sensitive personal information in a moment you plan to share.
If you purchase OpenMe+, payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store your full payment card details. We store account-level subscription status so premium features can be unlocked across your account.
We collect limited technical telemetry to keep OpenMe reliable and prevent abuse. This can include event logs (such as “moment created” or “share copied”) and error reports. Telemetry may include your browser user agent and a hashed form of your IP address. We also use rate limiting on API endpoints to reduce abuse.
Your account data and saved moments remain until you delete them, or until we delete them as part of operating the Service (for example, to comply with legal requirements or to keep the Service safe).
If you share a public link, recipients may keep a copy (for example, via screenshots). Deleting your moment or account cannot revoke copies already made by others.
